I did finally receive the estimate after more than two months of waiting and getting the run around, but he didn't apologize or offer to explain anything about the type of windows they were recommending or the cost per window.

It just contained the total cost for the job and almost no other details. And he has never followed up since then so I'm guessing they don't need the work! By contrast, I contacted three other companies who sent their bids to us within a week after meeting with me AND provided a detailed explanation of their products, services, warranties, etc.

They've followed up a couple of times with answers to questions and have been very professional about the whole thing, which is how it should be when you're thinking about spending such a large amount of money.

With customer service like Jorve's, I'm surprised they're still in business! If it was that difficult getting a bid from them, it doesn't bode well for how they would handle the actual work or any problems along the way. Steve L.
